If you have a  car or truck involved in the recall and would like a local Toyota dealer to contact you, you can complete the form on the left.  As part of our consumer to consumer service, we have located Toyota dealers across the USA that will help you with your concerns and service appointment.

Consumers have been advised to wait to receive their recall letters in the mail.  But not all consumers will be guaranteed to get a recall letter.  Toyota cars sold privately or from third party used car lots may not have synchronized with the Toyota master database.   If you purchased your car from a Toyota new car dealer, you will likely be in their system, but is the information correct?

Thousands of Toyota owners that will not get the recall letters because of outdated addresses or recent moves.  If you have a car involved in the recall, reach out to a local Toyota dealer by using this form or by making a call,; make sure you are in the Toyota system with your correct contact information.
